Description of Services: 

• The photographer agrees to provide pet photography services as agreed upon, including a one-hour photography session, up to 5 x edited digital photographs and 1 x Print (up to A4 in size). 

Copyright Ownership: 

• The photographer retains the copyright to all images created during the session, including the exclusive right to reproduce, publish, and display such images. 

Usage Rights Granted to Client: 

• The photographer grants the client a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal purposes only, including printing, sharing online, and displaying within the client's home. 

Prohibited Uses: 

• The client agrees not to sell, publish, or otherwise commercially exploit the photographs without the photographer’s express written permission. 

Model Release: 

• The client grants the photographer permission to use the images from the session  for promotional purposes, including portfolio, website, social media, and marketing  materials. 

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due at the time of booking. 

Cancellation Policy: 

• If the client cancels the session a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply, if the session cannot be rescheduled.

Indemnification: 

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the photographer against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the client’s use of the photographs. 

Miscellaneous: 

• Any modifications to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both  parties.
